Age Cutoff Date: December 31, 2021 Awards: Team and Individual Awards Event Format: 2 pool to double elimination bracket
Equipment Required for Participants: Balls will be provided. All participants/coaches must be listed on the online electronic roster with correct spelling and birth date. All coaches must sign the electronic liability waiver. All players must have the electronic waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Bring snacks, drinks, uniform, playing equipment and a great attitude ready to have fun! Game Times Available: May 23, 2022 after 5pm MST. PAST CHAMPIONS2022 Champions: 14u -- Colorado Bombers-Robberson 16u -- TC Colorado 18u -- Colorado Styxx Gold EVENT PARTNERSREFUND POLICYA 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 10 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 11 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
